Chocolate and Cheese Pairing

As fans of Millcreek Cacao Roasters know already, experiencing  70% Arriba Nacional in one of our bars is a stand alone pleasure! However, we have paired our chocolate with complementary flavors to create an ever increasing level of chocolate complexity and pleasure. Think Karma Sutra when think Millcreek Cacao Roasters. With the help of our friends in the artisanal food community, we are presenting a wonderful array of chocolate pairings that will entice and entertain you and your guests. Our first pairing is our Limited Edition Hot Mole bar paired with a creamy white honey rubbed goat cheese from Uniekass, Honey Buzzed.
