Beautiful Set

I ordered this to run a chocolate tasting and they allowed me to choose which bars were included. All of the bars were excellent and lived up to my expectations, which are high- I have run dozens of chocolate tastings for fun and profit, and in craftsmanship, quality, and overall experience (appearance, snap, texture, aroma, melt, flavor, and finish) all 6 of these bars are easily in the top quartile or even top 20% of the over 200 fine chocolate bars I've ever tasted. The odds of that if I chose randomly from the bars I've tasted before would be between 1/4096 and 1/15625, depending on which figure you started with... Very impressive quality across the board, and I'll be reviewing each bar with my notes from the tasting!
