At Millcreek Cacao Roasters, we use Arriba Nacional from Ecuador. The cacao is from the farm, Hacienda Limon, which is "certified heirloom" from the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Initative of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association. Arriba Nacional is grown in shaded cacao farms in Ecuador's coastal low lands where the climate and soil conditions occur exclusively. Our beans are 100% guaranteed single source. We've searched for the finest flavored cacao and have found it in this region of the world.
